Mirfield Print & Paint – Returns & Refund Policy

At Mirfield Print & Paint, we want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, we'll do our best to put it right.

Returns

You may return eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, the item must be:

Unused and in its original condition.
Returned with all original packaging where possible.
Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty:

Personalised or custom-made products.
Items damaged through misuse, modification or accidental damage.

Faulty or damaged items

If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing fault, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll offer a replacement, repair or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 working days for your bank to complete the refund.

Return postage

If the item is faulty or we made a mistake, we'll cover the return postage.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return postage costs.
